You know they love to create and paint, so let them enjoy their very own painting party! Sit back and let us take care of the fun! Your child and friends will be guided step-by-step by one of our enthusiastic instructors through their very own private painting party. And in the end, everyone can leave with a one-of-a-kind creation that they can say “I painted it myself!”.
Paint a "kid friendly" painting on a smaller canvas Classes run about 1-2 hours deepening on the painting chosen. You will select your own featured painting from our Kids gallery. Kid's events are perfect for birthday parties, sports team banquets, holiday celebrations, and family get together. We host groups both big and small. Great for those 7 and up.
We will bring everything you need to host a fabulous social event at the venue of your choice. Instructor will arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to start time to set up event. Please have tables and chairs arranged for the event. All art supplies (table covering, canvas easel paint brushes and aprons) are included in your 2 hour session. You can choose your own painting from our Kids gallery. Please indicate your choice when registering. Three days prior to your party I will need a firm headcount and will determine the remaining balance due.
We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive prior to party start time. A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $100.00 and an additional $100.00 for each additional hour over party end time. Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion.
A $40 travel fee will be applied to any staffed event outside of Washoe County. For parties with less than 10 painters we recommend our Art Kits to paint at home. The deposit will secure your time and date. Your Deposit is not refundable and it is applied to your party balance. The remainder of your balance is due the day of the party. If you cancel your event within 10 days of the party, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel prior to 10 days you will receive store credit for deposit paid, a refund will not be issued for cancellation. If the minimum guest requirement (5 painters) is not met, the deposit will be applied to cover the difference.
